Inspired by a legend:
Pour 7 cl of Barettino (about one espresso cup) into a shaker (use a jam jar with a screw lid as an alternative.). Shake vigorously until the drink is well chilled and slightly frothy. Then pour into a glass and finish with the essential oils of an orange zest (simply twist the peel over the glass to release the aroma).
