ingredients

  • 70ml Barettino Ambraviva (approx. the amount of an espresso cup)
  • 30ml grapefruit juice
  • 15ml honey
  • 100ml tonic

preparation

Fill the glass to the rim with ice cubes. Add Barettino Ambraviva, grapefruit juice, and honey. Stir well and top up with tonic water. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and thyme.
