ingredients

• 70ml Barettino Ambraviva (approx. the amount of an espresso cup)
• 30ml apple juice
• 15ml lemon juice
• 100ml ginger beer

preparation

Fill the glass to the rim with ice cubes. Add Barettino Ambraviva, apple juice and lemon juice. Stir well and top up with ginger beer. Garnish with an apple slice and rosemary.
