Just ice. Just soda. Or both.

BARETTINO PUR
INGREDIENTS:
- Barettino (blend of your choice)
- Ice cubes
- Garnish of your choice (e.g. orange slice, olive, or fresh herbs like mint)
PREPARATION:
- Pour Barettino over ice in a glass.
- Finish with a garnish of your choice.
Stuzzichini Tips:
Hard cheeses with honey and walnuts, pecorino, crostini with salami, olives.



BARETTINO SELTZ
INGREDIENTS:
- 7 cl Barettino (blend of your choice – about one espresso cup)
- Fresh seltzer from a siphon bottle
PREPARATION:
- Pour well-chilled Barettino into a glass.
- Top with sparkling seltzer from the siphon.
Stuzzichini Tips:
Pecorino with lemon zest, stuffed olives, prosciutto with arugula.



BARETTINO SHAKATO FRESCO
INGREDIENTS:
- 7 cl Barettino (blend of your choice – about one espresso cup)
- Ice cubes
- Orange zest
PREPARATION:
- Add 7 cl of Barettino along with ice cubes to a shaker.
(Alternatively, you can use a jam jar with a screw lid.) - Shake vigorously until the drink is well chilled and slightly frothy.
- Strain into a glass and mist with the essential oils from a fresh orange zest (simply squeeze the zest over the glass).
Stuzzichini Tips:
Parmesan, burrata with lemon zest & olive oil, green olives.




BARETTINO SPRITZONE
INGREDIENTS:
- 7 cl Barettino (blend of your choice – about one espresso cup)
- Ice cubes
- Soda water
- Garnish of your choice (e.g. orange slice, olive, or mint)
PREPARATION:
- Fill a glass to the brim with ice cubes. Pour in 7 cl of Barettino.
- Top up with about the same amount of soda water.
- Finish with a fresh garnish – whatever suits your mood.
Stuzzichini Tips:
Melon with pepper & mint, green olives with lemon zest, grissini (optionally wrapped in prosciutto).
